With a growing portfolio of real-estate holdings, Iron River Management handles all aspects of real estate property management and asset management, from day-to-day operations and maintenance to the development and implementation of long-term investment strategies. Since its founding, Iron River Management has grown and diversified its lines of business into separate affiliated entities that concentrate their expertise in the following areas: property management, property acquisition and finance and private equity investing. Formerly known as Ringham Corporation, Iron River Management got its start in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1970.
Strongly influenced by the humble hometown values — hard work, loyalty and honesty — of the company, the Iron River Management team couples a “can-do, let’s get to work” attitude with direct and transparent business acumen.
